This policy explains which personal data we collect, how we use it and your rights.

2. Website and technical data

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and access times to provide and secure the website.

We do not use analytics or marketing trackers on this website. Fonts and static gallery images are served locally by the website.

3. Enquiries and communication

When you use our contact form or email us, we process the details you share to respond to your enquiry and organise your event. The form asks for your name, email, occasion, number of guests, preferred date and message.

Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 and sent to Nadja through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile and an invisible form field help prevent spam. Turnstile processes technical browser and connection data. Short-lived request limits use a hashed network identifier.

4. Workshop bookings

You book directly on our website. We store first name, last name, email, optional phone number, workshop and number of seats in Cloudflare D1. Resend sends booking confirmations, cancellation notices and a reminder on the day before the workshop. Public availability contains no personal booking details. Nadja receives a separate notification containing the booking details.

Your personal booking link allows you to view or cancel the entire reservation. Keep it private. A temporary identifier in session storage prevents duplicate reservations when retrying a request; it contains no contact details. The administration area uses a necessary, time-limited login cookie.

5. Instagram

Recent Instagram posts are retrieved server-side through Behold and cached on Cloudflare. The gallery loads these posts automatically. Your browser retrieves the images from an external image service, which receives technical data such as your IP address. If the posts or images are unavailable, the gallery displays locally stored images.

Opening an Instagram link takes you away from this website. Meta’s privacy information applies to Instagram’s processing of your data.

6. Storage and security

We retain your data only for as long as needed for its purpose or as required by law. We protect it through technical and organisational measures. Service providers may process data outside Switzerland.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your stored data, correction of inaccurate data and deletion where no legal retention requirement applies. You can object to use of your data for advertising. Contact us using the address above.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be published on this page.
